About Us
Our organization stands for fighting for individuals facing discrimination. This group fights for minorities, women, people very young or old facing age discrimination, and homosexual individuals who are subjected to discrimination because of sexual orientation in the workplace.
We realize the problems facing us are increasing by the day. We also realize the corporate machine that protects individuals who run their empires are constantly securing their methods to keep the status quo.
EDJC works to make sure everyone's rights are protected.
We fight our cases in and out of the courtroom. This group also has a new blog, as well as a forum in which individuals can talk about employers that are not treating them fairly. It will also serve as a forum for individuals to post about companies they feel are racist and discriminatory against groups who we aim to protect.
We are a Non-profit 501C3 private foundation that acts as a watchdog, and legal aid group.
